About this event

Join us at the 5th Hospitality & Tourism Summit 2016 which will take place on 27th June 2016.

Every one of the 3 million people working in the UK Hospitality and Tourism industry is a game changer. Each one of us shares the common values of generosity and a passion to serve others.

Our people help to create places and experiences where our customers feel welcome and fulfilled. Hospitality and Tourism service is so vital to the heartbeat of the wider economy and to the prosperity of society, that demand for our services is growing at a phenomenal pace across the entire world.

How can we, as individuals and as businesses, harness the values which are at the heart of our people to better serve our customers, reach new customers and the community at large? How can we identify the converging interests of our industry to leverage social innovation, and to influence change, in particular policy reform to ensure a level playing field for our community within an internationally competitive context?

Every decision we make as an individual, as an organisation, and as a community, is a communication about our beliefs, our values and who we are. As game-changers, we all have the power to influence the identity of our industry and the messages we convey to others to bring about constructive reform.
